As Brampton prepares for the upcoming federal election, the Brampton Board of Trade, in collaboration with Y Media, has proudly hosted a series of candidate debates across all six Brampton ridings.
Our goal was simple: to provide Brampton voters with direct insights from those seeking to represent them in Parliament. We reached out to all registered candidates using publicly available contact information. While some candidates did not provide contact details, and others declined or did not respond to our invitations, we proceeded with the important conversations we could facilitate.
Each riding featured at least one conversation. Some ridings brought together two or more candidates in spirited and meaningful dialogue. These conversations offered voters a chance to hear contrasting perspectives on key issues facing our community.
We thank the candidates who participated and the residents who continue to engage with the democratic process.
As advance voting has ended, we urge all Brampton residents to make their voices heard.
