After nine years in the financial industry and 10 years
of event planning experience, Antoinette Antoine decided
to follow her dream and start her own business - Élan
Cachet-Event Management & Décor Ltd. Élan is a French-English
word for flair, style, confidence and elegance, while
Cachet is a mark of distinction, prestige, respect and
importance. In order to live the event you have imagined,
this company feels you should have both meanings come
together to bring Élan Cachet to all of your events.
Élan Cachet was created four years ago in Mississauga
and recently moved to Brampton March 1, 2008. As an
existing member of The Brampton Board of Trade since
2005, and a resident of Brampton for five years, Ms.
Antoine felt it was important to have her business located
in Brampton as well.
Community service is an important aspect of the work
done by Élan Cachet. Employing the same forte for creating
memorable events, Ms. Antoine has a strong desire to
leave a lasting impression on the community in which
she works. She is chairperson for the gala committee
for The Brampton Board of Trade and is celebrating the
recent accomplishments of one of their most rewarding
events “The Brampton Board of Trade’s President’s Gala
– Viva Las Vegas.” She has also been appointed to a
position on the Development committee on the Board of
Directors of Interim Place – a charitable organization
helping to close the door on abuse for women and children
and opening the door of hope.
As an exclusive event management and décor company,
they offer a “concept to completion” range of services
to manage and produce professional, polished events
of a corporate or social nature. The company has managed
events up to 1,200 people in attendance.
The events of this past decade have culminated in the
creation of a well-defined database through word-of-mouth
referrals, online advertising, trusted resources and
colleagues, ongoing networking and, most importantly,
pleased clients. These loyalties are the hidden strength
of this company.
With ten employees - all event management specialists
- Élan Cachet can assist clients in creating lasting
memories for occasions of any size or scope. They realize
that not everyone has the luxury of having an event
manager on staff or has the time to be an event planner.
Élan Cachet can offer customized programs, working with
a client’s existing staff or manage an event from start
to finish.
Élan Cachet has recently expanded its service to include
security services for all events. They also have their
own limousine service, which has been featured on “I
Do, Let’s Eat!” on the Food Network.
While you focus on your daily responsibilities, place
your confidence in Élan Cachet to manage all of the
event details and “live the event you have imagined!”
